Required skills include proficiency in social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn), analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hootsuite), and strong communication.

Content Creation & Management: Developing and scheduling content for various platforms (social media, websites, newsletters).
Strategy Development: Planning and implementing social media and digital campaigns to drive engagement.
Analytics & Reporting: Using tools like Hootsuite, Sprout Social, and Google Analytics to monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance.
Paid Media Coordination: Managing paid social campaigns and understanding sales funnels to optimize ROI.

Required Qualifications

Experience: Generally 2-7+ years in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation.
Skills: Strong writing, storytelling, and editing skills.
Tools: Proficiency in platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, X/Twitter, TikTok, and management tools (Hootsuite, Later, Hubspot, Buffer).
Education: Degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
