Key Responsibilities and Tasks
Billing & Reporting: Downloading and verifying billing reports, managing, and, adjusting,,, to ensure, accuracy,.
Revenue Assurance: Monitoring, the, , to, check, for accuracy, and integrity, especially for non-metering demand (NMD) accounts.
Collections & Compliance: Following up on non-paying customers, sending, warnings, ,, for overdue, accounts, and ensuring ethical, and, legal, compliance.

Required Qualifications

Required Skills & Qualifications
Education: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
Skills: Proficiency with CRM systems, ERP tools, Microsoft Office (especially Excel), and strong data analysis abilities.
Experience: Previous experience in revenue assurance, billing, or financial operations is usually required.
